Today sees the release of Episode One of my brand-new Podcast called Talking Inspiration
which is a Podcast where I talk to people who inspire me and the first Episode is with
Paul Lancaster who is the founder of Newcastle Startup Week and organiser of PLATFORM.
I'll be talking to some of the biggest names in the North East of England here in the United Kingdom on what makes them tick,
what inspired them and what advice they would give to others!

RoguePlanetoid Weekly Update #77
24th February 2025
It is finalluy great to write another weekly update again, and the first for 2025! From late November, all of December and to early January were not what I expected to be
due to illness and other factors but am pleased to be back to normal and have had a chance to catch up on things I'd been meaning to work on over the Xmas and New Year that
I couldn't do! It was good to get the RoguePlanetoid Podcast about an Overview of 2024 out that I was
unable to record and am back to normal schedule with an upcoming Episode on Generative AI & .NET coming on 1st March 2025!
The two major things I was helping with or worked on last year that I couldn't talk about are now available, this includes being a technical reviewer on
Minimal APIs in ASP.NET 9 by Nick Proud which is the first time I've seen my name
in print, albeit on the inside rather than the front, but appreciate the effort that goes into that part and Nick should be rightly proud, excuse the pun,
of his work there! The other which I have a separate post about is my new Podcast of Talking Inspiration, which you can watch the first
Episode of on YouTube!
Next week it is good to get to more events again which includes .NET Meetup Newcastle
with talks from Kevin Smith and Mark Jose along with our own Podcast Paddock
which is a marketing special with tips on how to get the most from your podcast or content and is great to see both of those events being held in Haylofts
in Newcastle upon Tyne which is a great venue we discovered many months ago and look forward to being there twice in one week!
